As a certified Yoga Therapist, I adapt ancient yoga techniques and practices, such as breath work, yoga postures, mantra, and meditation, to remedy your individual needs.

HOW IT WORKS:

Our first Yoga Therapy session together is an intake session that will help me determine how to proceed with your personal practice. Prior to the session, I will send you some forms to fill out so I can get to know you and understand your goals. During the session we will discuss any psycho-emotional, physical, behavioral and spiritual issues you’d like to address from a holistic perspective. Together, we will create a personalized, daily practice that brings you closer to a state of balance. This practice may include breath work, yoga postures, mantra, meditation and lifestyle changes.

After our initial session, I will want to see you again within the next 1-2 weeks to check in, get your feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to your practice. Practice, over time, is at the very heart of yoga. I truly believe that, with a primary teacher relationship, both individuals and teachers continue to learn and grow. Moving forward, we will decide on a regular Yoga Therapy schedule meeting every 2-4 weeks based on your needs.
