Join Jenny E. Orona and Kaytee Hernandez on a rejuvenating Ayurvedic retreat in the Hill Country. During this four day retreat you will experience the magic of Ayurveda and Yoga through nourishing meals, guided practices, rituals, meditation, sound healing, and community.

Together, we explore the six tastes (rasas), learn about the cycles of nature (Doṣa), and discover your unique constitution (prakriti). Treat yourself to a long weekend of self care, relaxation, and rejuvenation. You’ll learn how to infuse your daily life with Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom while relaxing in luxury at our beautiful retreat destination.

Each morning will begin with guided yoga followed by a nourishing breakfast. During your stay, everything is included. You’ll enjoy delicious and thoughtfully prepared Ayurvedic meals, snacks, and beverages. After breakfast, become immersed in the knowledge of Ayurveda. We’ll explore educational concepts and learn how to apply them to our own unique lives and circumstances. Lunch will be a wholesome Ayurvedic meal that fuels you for the rest of the day. Afterwards, we will learn ancient body care practices and engage in powerful rituals. During the afternoon, you can enjoy free time lounging by the pool, walking the tranquil hiking trails, or a rejuvenating siesta in a nearby hammock. We will reconnect each evening for dinner followed by a relaxing sound bath and communal time, like a tarot reading.

Tranquility is a secluded cabin suite designed to offer a tranquil and intimate setting for your stay. This suite features versatile sleeping arrangements, including two twin beds that can be transformed into a king-sized bed. Additionally, the suite has cozy twin bunk beds and a twin sleeper sofa, ensuring comfort for the entire group.  Temperpedic style mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets and a sound machine offer peaceful rest and fluffy robes for adults add in even more luxurious comfort.  The cabin suite has an ensuite bathroom and a compact fridge is also provided, allowing you to keep snacks and beverages chilled and close at hand.  Step outside onto your own private 8-foot porch, a serene spot where you can unwind and soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.

Your Retreat Leaders

Jenny E. Orona (she/ her)

Jenny O turned to Yoga when an accident caused a debilitating spinal injury. Her yoga practice gave her relief from physical pain, as well as mental and emotional clarity.  Her teaching comes from this in-depth understanding and she has a unique ability to find a practice for every “body.” Digging deeper into this understanding led her to Ayurveda and completing her Health Counselor certification as well as her pending Practitioner training. She is well-known for incorporating movement, breath, meditation and sound into her classes, making them accessible to clients and students of every level. Jenny O has been offering women’s retreats for many years and is a skilled host and leader.

JennyO is a Yoga Teacher Trainer, and a Yoga Therapist Trainer and holds certifications as a Yoga Therapist- (C-IAYT),  Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, E-RYT 500 in Hatha Yoga, a RYT 500 hour in Kundalini Yoga, and holds advanced certifications in specialized modalities of  Ayurveda Health Counselor, iRest, Restorative, Pre and Postnatal, Radiant Child,Yoga for Cancer Survivors and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She continues her healing  studies with Indigenous groups in Shamanism, specifically with the healing sounds of Drumming.

Kaytee Hernandez (she/ her)

Kaytee Hernandez (she/her) is a Latinx Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Childrens Yoga Teacher with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing. With an M.S. in Integrative Medicine and Maharishi Ayurveda from Maharishi International University, Kaytee mixes ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern magic to craft one-of-a-kind, feel-good Yoga experiences. She's also a bit of a kitchen witch, whipping up healing brews and tasty potions with herbs, spices, and a pinch of love.

For nearly a decade, Kaytee has been sharing her approachable, non-judgmental teaching style with students in Austin, Texas. Her classes blend movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, all aimed at helping you tap into your own inner healer. Beyond her public classes, Kaytee offers Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Consultations, and leads international retreats in incredible locations like the South of France and Iceland!

She specializes in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health, Addiction Recovery, and Trauma Healing for Children and Adults. She takes a trauma informed approach, working with clients to cultivate trust within the therapeutic relationship over time. Having personally experienced powerful healing through Yoga and Ayurveda, Kaytee is passionate about sharing these transformative practices with others. She believes wellness should be practical, accessible, and, above all, fun!

When she's not teaching or working with clients, you'll find her in her garden, concocting herbal delights, or hanging out with her husband and their adorable long-haired doxie, Finn.

✨ Where will we be staying?
Retreat Ranch is a beautiful 46 acre, family owned and operated ranch nestled in the Texas Hill Country one hour from Austin, Texas. All of our accommodations include modern comforts like electricity, heat & air conditioning, comfy mattresses, and indoor bathrooms and showers. 

✨ How should I get to the retreat center?
The retreat center is located in Marble Falls, Texas, about one hour from Austin, Texas. If you are driving, there is parking on-site. If you are flying, we recommend arriving into Austin International Airport on Friday morning and departing on Monday evening to allow yourself ample time to get to and from the retreat center. If you are flying, please plan to rent a car or schedule a private transfer to and from the ranch, as Uber and Lyft do not reliably service the area.

✨ Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, in most cases we can! Ayurvedic meals will be centered around whole foods and plant based vegetarian dishes. Prior to the retreat, you'll receive a welcome letter and intake form. In the intake form, please let us know of any dietary restrictions & allergies that we should be aware of!

✨ What should I pack?
In the weeks leading up to the retreat, we will send out an email with all the packing information you'll need. The retreat has most items to make your stay comfortable, including yoga props!

✨ What time does the retreat start and end?
Please arrive to Retreat Ranch by 4:00PM Friday to settle in and explore the ranch before our opening circle. The retreat will wrap up at Noon on Monday. Because the weekend is designed to build intimate group connections, we are not allowing partial visitors.

✨ Who is the retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women of all walks of life and all stages of life! While we require everyone to be 18+, we have no other age restrictions. We believe that women have a tremendous amount to learn from one another, and sharing knowledge across life stages and experiences is integral to our collective growth.

✨ Do I need to have any prior experience with Yoga or Ayurveda?
We accept ALL levels of experience and understanding and welcome you to come as you are. This diversity in background is what makes our groups so special.

✨ What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip, let us know by March 1, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. We cannot issue refunds after March 1, 2025 which is why we highly recommend investing in third party travel insurance.
